a biosignal amplifier
A bio-amplifier is used to amplify the concentration of certain substances in the cell growth environment, such as the concentration of iptg, the concentration of arabinose and so on. The principle of this amplifier is that the hrpL promoter activity can only activate and amplify the pathway downstream of the promoter under the action of the HrpR and HrpS protein complex HrpRS. The sequence of the protein complex HrpRS specifically acting on the hrpL promoter region has not been investigated for a while, so the hrpL promoter region in the amplifier is relatively long. In order to ensure that the transcription initiation is completed normally, it is recommended not to change the sequence at will. The amplifier contains four partial coding genes hrpR, hrpS, T7terminator, and PhrpL+rbs for a total of 2222 bp. The amplifier portion is constructed between the rbs and the characterization molecule (eg, pc-am, gfp is the characterization molecule) to amplify the signal before rbs.
